We do this through Maikal Hills Natural Products Company(MHNPC). The company, set up and registered in 2005, is a non-profit organization that empowers the Bhil and Gond community by giving them access to livelihood options and establishing both forward and backward linkages, linking them with the companies and FPOs at the apex level.

With Masters in Economics from Allahabad University he served the Government of Madhya Pradesh in the Planning & Statistics Department and retired as its Director. He is a proficient Economist & Statistician, experienced Planner & Administrator, and an expert in Decentralized Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation. As overall in charge of Studies he has brought a much needed stability to the long term need of CARD. At his age he is still admired for his discipline, zeal and above all the desire for learning more.

Retired as Controller-Finance, Administration and HR from Chhattisgarh State Renewable Energy Development Agency, a State Government Nodal Agency for Renewable Sources of Energy. He has experience of framing all Accounting Policies and formats for M.P. Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd. His expertise include preparation of work plans for implementation of various projects related to rural development, Project Accounting with special proficiency in Government Rules, Audits, Companies Act, Society Act, VAT, Income Tax matters, planning, monitoring and documentations like agreements, MoUs, etc.
Dr. Balwan Singh

A retired Additional Commissioner/ Director Tribal Development M.P. and adviser in scouts and guide in the past, he is presently in-charge of WASH activities of CARD in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. With doctorate in anthropology, he is an excellent micro-level planner and devotedly ensures that the plans are diligently implemented on ground. He is remarkable resource in Monitoring & Evaluation and in financial Reporting. His comprehensive understanding of the subjects along with his work experience serves as a cherry on top.
