With Masters in Economics from Allahabad University he served the Government of Madhya Pradesh in the Planning & Statistics Department and retired as its Director. He is a proficient Economist & Statistician, experienced Planner & Administrator, and an expert in Decentralized Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation. As overall in charge of Studies he has brought a much needed stability to the long term need of CARD. At his age he is still admired for his discipline, zeal and above all the desire for learning more.

Dr. Balwan Singh

A retired Additional Commissioner/ Director Tribal Development M.P. and adviser in scouts and guide in the past, he is presently in-charge of WASH activities of CARD in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. With doctorate in anthropology, he is an excellent micro-level planner and devotedly ensures that the plans are diligently implemented on ground. He is remarkable resource in Monitoring & Evaluation and in financial Reporting. His comprehensive understanding of the subjects along with his work experience serves as a cherry on top.

D D Natekar

Retired as Controller-Finance, Administration and HR from Chhattisgarh State Renewable Energy Development Agency, a State Government Nodal Agency for Renewable Sources of Energy. He has experience of framing all Accounting Policies and formats for M.P. Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd. His expertise include preparation of work plans for implementation of various projects related to rural development, Project Accounting with special proficiency in Government Rules, Audits, Companies Act, Society Act, VAT, Income Tax matters, planning, monitoring and documentations like agreements, MoUs, etc.

Aftabh Ahmad Quareshi

Gyani Tiwari

He is Graduate with Economics and MBA Finance and as Finance Manager of the organisation from the beginning he almost singlehandedly carried out all the burden of expectations of a growing organisation during the first decade of its growth. He is the most hardworking, sincere and yet least noticed member of the organisation. With single approach of serving the organisation and just achieving whatever be the targets and getting things done, his dedication towards the work make him a role model for all. Believe it, behind the creation of every immovable asset of CARD- there is one and only Gyani. He is one of the anchors of esteemed John Deere Samruddhi progarmme.

Sanjeev Kumar Jain

Sanjeev is Masters of Technology in Agriculture Engineering with specialization in Soil and Water Engineering. A development professional with 24+ years of experience in the Community Development Sector, which includes experience with Corporate CSR, International Social Development Organizations and large grassroots NGOs in the core issues of Community Development like Natural Resource Management, Vocational Education, Education & Women Empowerment. He has good exposure in project appraisal, resource & program planning, designing & execution, project management, monitoring and evaluation. Despite his diverse experience at the apex level, he is still inclined to work at grass-roots to directly contribute to the communities in his core area of natural resource management.

Manoj Mishra

M. Phil in Geography he has long grassroots experience in livelihoods and enterprise Development. As program coordinator in livelihood and watershed management projects, he is at his best when in team. In his aura of work ethics and devotion to work, his team brings out the best results. He specializes in varied fields from Watershed Management and Rural Entreprises to Wise Water Management and WASH. Presently he is involved in handholding of field staff across various projects.

Suresh Mewara

With Masters in Sociology he made a quite entry in CARD but rose to be its Regional Coordinator with his pragmatic approach, witty planning and liaising ability. He specialises in livelihoods and watershed rehabilitation, but a managerial instinct and a multi-tasking performance at work, makes him the master of all trades. He was able to guide and lead 6 multi-disciplinary projects with around 25 professional staff in Mandla. He is instrumental in building the first training centre of CARD (MHLRC) and demanostration plots of agriculture and NTFP in CARD campus in Ghughri (Mandla). As Associate Fellow in CARD he is presently Head of Samruddhi programme in Dewas.

Meenakshi Tiwari

Persistent nature and firm determination helps her bring out the best as Program co-ordinator of women empowerment and livelihoods. An alumni of Kasturba Gram Rural Institute, Indore (an eminent Gandhian institution set up for educating rural women of Malwa and Nimar) she has also opened the path for the rural girl students by being a pioneer in having a blissful family life and a career. She specialises in farm based livelihood Management and watershed rehabilitation. Presently she heads the Farmer Producer Organisation of CARD across Madhya Pradesh.

Dinesh Singh

An enthusiastic social worker with good communication skills, counseling, community mobilization, etc. Strategic planning with leadership skills research methodologies, are the distinguish abilities. Associated with CARD since 2009 and has served in various capacities; WUA strengthening, WASH and school sanitation under SSA, Aids Control, etc. He has also served as National Trainer for Census-2011 in the Chhatisgarh region. Presently he is associated in sensitising higher education department personnel in various aspects of school based water and senitation.

Deepti Nayak

She is Senior Executive Officer in CARD and has a management degree in Human Resource Development. She is known as the Wikipedia of the organisation. With her positive aura and a practical understanding of the administration, she has an upper hand in all the information of the organisation including its workers. Her sincerity towards work and insistent devotion makes her an epitome of a devout employee. With an ever smiling face she is also the humming bird of CARD.

Shivraj Singh Rajput

enior Research Officer, an expert in remote sensing, data analysis and geographic information system, his depth of knowledge makes him domain expert and he is also adept in field level liaising. He is also the Web designer and Developer of CARD. The onus of establishing the GIS cell in CARD lies on him. He has been successfully heading the Targeted Intervention (TI) programme of HIV awareness among around a thousand active Female Sex Workers (FSW) in Bhopal.

Abul Hasan Qureshi

He’s a Senior Program Executive in NRM and Capacity Building. With a master’s degree in Botany and along with his wisdom and profound knowledge, his ability to internalize the subject proves to be an important resource for the organisation. His spirituality, which he has in his life, is well exhibited in his work. He heads all the farming based livelihood projects of CARD in the Bhil tribe predominant Dhar region which include enterprenureship development, sustainable agriculture and farmer producer organisation.

Gagan Mudgal

He is a Program Executive in School Education and Livelihoods with a Masters in Social Work. His content and down to earth personality makes him be hopeful of fewer returns and also his attachment to his place makes him the spokesperson of the area. He is the face of CARD as Child focused agency and is the overall incharge of a long term Child Fund programme of sponsorship based development in Dhar region since 2003. The programme aims at Health, Education and Personality Development.

Rupak Trivedi

An experienced Accountant with an M Com degree he is Program Executive in Watershed Management and livelihoods. A sincere member of the organisation, his happy go lucky persona makes the toughest of works easy for him. His working in even in the limited resources has by far been the best asset for the organisation. With many talents yet to explore, his capacity for training is incomparable. He lends support to CARD activities across the country and is a regular support for JK Tyre CSR programme at Morena.

Dr S D Sharma

As the Logistics Manager at Maikal Hills Livelihood Resource Centre, Mandla, he is not only ensuring that the boarding & lodging are taken care of but is also involved in upgrading the Center. He often provides guidance in Monitoring & Evaluation assignments. He’s also a qualified Ayurvedic Doctor, to everyone’s surprise! (He was a medical practitioner during the eighties). Well respected for his integrity, sincerity and ingenuous persona. His strong sense of belongingness to the organisation, contributes in its success.

Anil Malviya

Masters in Human Rights and MBA in Human Resource Management (Final year). Associated with CARD since 2007 as Training Coordinator at Maikal Hills Livelihood Resource Centre involved in development of training modules for different training programs, arranging trainings on various income generating activities and conducting Exposure visits for various project beneficiaries and overall administration and control of the training center and hostel. He is a proficient trainer in NTFP based livelihood promotion, Watershed Rehabilitation and Sustainable Agriculture.

Sandeep Rai

He is M.Phil in Sociology and Master of Rural Management (MBA) from Jiwaji University Gwalior, and is the team leader of CARD in Dindori. He coordinates watershed management project and livelihoods, micro entrepreneurship and women empowerment activities of CARD. He has Good leadership quality and is a Trainer with a bend for report writing and documentation. He is much focused and means business.

Vivek Kumar Dhurve

He is the Data analyst of the organisation. He’s innovative in accessing information and technology and has strong skills for data analysis. He has been successfully managing large sample studies of CARD for almost 8 years now. His zeal for doing work makes him available for any work at any time, making him an all-rounder. But most important is his level of contentment in serving the voluntary sector.

Lokesh Upmanyu

A graduate in Commerce with Computer Applications and MBA (Finance), he joined CARD as Community Accountant in Tejaswini Project in 2008. While working with the community to improve their life style towards agriculture & other issues at village level he gained crucial experience of accountancy. He is now a Member of CARD Core team for Accounts & Administration and incharge for eastern region.

Jyotika Joseph

Confident and self motivated professional with Excellent Research and Writing Skills. 9+ years of experience in development sector in various capacities coupled with Masters Degree in Dietetics & Nutrition as well as Public Health. Demonstrated ability to upkeep data, analyze reports, plan and monitor projects. Adept in manage and spearhead programs in Corporate Social Responsibility and Communication. Presently holding a position of Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator for John Deere India sponsored Samruddhi Project.

Swati Sharma

She's a Ph.D in Chemistry and working with CARD since 2015. Her role as Research Associate is documentation, releasing annual reports and providing inputs in R&D projects of CARD. Presently, she's handling GoI-MANAGE's 'Agri-Clinics and Agri-Business Centre' scheme as the Nodal officer and as Principal Investigator of a DST sponsored project on 'Livelihood enhancement of Tribal women collectives through application of S&T'.

Pooja Gupta

Pooja is a young enthusiast having good professional background and good insight of accounting and auditing with latest knowledge of taxation. She is efficiently managing entire accounting activities of CARD and especially of various projects and its related financial reporting since 2016.
