Community in Asia for research and development was established in 2001 with on objectives of providing holistic development to individual sand community. It has been undertaking various development programmers in regionally valiant scrotal issues. In the process the organization has not only achieved a tremendous field presence but also development a network of professional belongs to various streams. The community in Asia for research and development has also established a post network of volunteers at the grass root level and resource persons at regional levels.

Community in Asia for research and development derives its motivation from managing body of the organization. Besides guiding the organization in identifying the tours areas they also provide consultative support to all the program of the organization. The day to day function of the organization with relevance to the project management, the president of the organization handles review and networking for the organization growth. He is assisted by the project co-ordinates. Project co-ordinates for achieving the organizational growth who also look after the project, related day to day affairs, assist him. Project supervisors and the network at village volunteers for implementing the projects further assist them. The organization has its headquarter in Bachhamadi and the necessary office furnishing for small.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
1. To provide health awareness programs in rural and urban areas.
2. To improve health through providing services.
3. To develop and generate resource of health/education/communication and material for use in various rural development activities.
4. To undertake emergency relief and rehabilitation program as and when needed.
5. Organizing and running health centers.
